This Sauvignon Blanc is certainly the most unusual in the Angels Gate sparkling family, as this varietal is not normally considered a traditional grape for sparkling wine. That being said, it is an excellent varietal for sparkling due to its naturally high acidity and fruit forward nose.
This sparkling has been fermented into an off-dry, crowd pleasing style, which also sets it apart from our other Archangel’s. The nose is dominated by refreshing notes of citrus, mango and melon with very subtle herbaceous undertones. The palate is clean, crisp and lively!

What would summer be without the perfect patio or pool wine? Our 2017 Shine is the second vintage of sparkling wine vinified using the Muscat grape. It is finished in an off-dry and very refreshing style with notes of citrus and tree fruit on the nose.

What is a Pét-Nat?
Pét-Nat is a sparkling wine made in the Méthode Ancestrale which really means that it is fermented in bottle without a final disgorge to remove the lees.
This wine is lower in pressure than its Méthode Traditionelle cousins and is slightly murky thanks to the unfiltered nature of the wine.
The nose is unique because along side the fruit aroma you find a yeasty or bread like character.
Production of this wine is limited to 300 bottles.
